Ashtanga Inspired Flow
This class is designed to rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit for all levels of experience. Each session is unique, integrating together the creativity of Vinyasa Yoga movement and the challenging sequence of Ashtanga Yoga that heats the body to safely stretch and strengthen through connecting poses and breathing techniques.

Happy Hour Flow
A Vinyasa Flow class (see description below) set to more energetic tunes to reflect the more challenging sequences of this Friday practice. Less time will be spent on alignment and more time on flowing with the music and the breath. This invigorating session is for those looking for a great workout, to de-stress from the week, and kick off their weekend!

Hatha Flow
The Hatha Flow yoga class is designed around a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath in a vigorous series. The class involves moving from one posture to another with very little rest in between, creating a strong cardiovascular workout. Variations of Sun Salutations will be used to warm-up the body, followed by a standing sequence, balancing poses, and then seated poses. As in all Hatha classes, relaxation ends the class. The class is a challenging workout for all levels of experience and will build strength, endurance, and a strong focus. The classroom is not heated, but the physical practice will naturally build heat in the body.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement”; therefore, a challenging, rejuvenating class for any level of experience can be expected. Vinyasa Flow is very artistic and often integrates balancing, seated and standing poses all in the same sequence—poses run together so smoothly that it often flows like a dance. Every session is unique, integrating breath with movement and creatively working all parts of the body to develop strength and flexibility while also promoting injury recovery. A typical class builds in level of challenge while focusing on alignment before cooling down to a final relaxation bliss.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga can be referred to as the quiet practice. A typical session will include long-held relaxed postures and deep breathing to stimulate the deep connective tissues of the body, allowing the skeletal system to loosen, lengthen, and stretch deeper. A consistent practice will allow you to keep added flexibility in the tendons and ligaments and decompress the joints in the body. Yin also works on creating a more harmonious flow of energy or Chi. You will feel lighter, stronger, uplifted physically and spiritually. Students need to bring a beach towel or blanket
